From user
journey to
experience

Spire Space's design is based on a clear and structured User Flow , which made it possible to define each step of the user journey before even drawing the first screens. This approach ensures that the interface truly meets the needs and expectations of seniors, reducing complexity and offering intuitive navigation.

As part of Spire Space conceptualization, two complementary versions of
the User Flow were developed in order to adapt the understanding and use of the tool.

A simplified version, intended for the client, highlights the main stages of the user journey.
This approach facilitates communication and directly links the process to the project objectives

A detailed version, describes every interaction, parameter and possible scenario.
It anticipates needs and ensures a smooth user experience from the conceptualization phase.
